About Me

Hi, I’m Allia. Therapist, coach, mentor, and founder of Consult with Allia.

I started consultwithallia because I believe in the power of healing conversations, intentional growth, and the integration of faith and psychology. My own journey has taught me that wholeness is possible even in the midst of struggle when we have the right support, tools, and space to be honest with ourselves.

Over the years, I’ve had the honour of walking alongside people from all walks of life: those wrestling with anxiety, burnout, identity, and purpose. I combine therapeutic insight with practical coaching and a grounded, faith-informed perspective. Whether we’re working through emotional wounds or planning your next steps forward, I meet you where you are without judgement, and always with compassion.

My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and rooted in values. I care deeply about creating safe, empowering spaces where you can pause, reflect, heal, and grow. You don’t have to have it all figured out just be willing to begin.

Outside of my work, I’m passionate about creating resources that make mental health more accessible journals, workbooks, and workshops that reflect both clinical wisdom and lived experience.
