I’m Allia a accredited therapist, passionate about helping people create meaningful change and rediscover their inner strength. My mission is to offer a safe, compassionate space where healing can begin, and where you can truly be heard and understood.
With over 5 years of experience working with adults, young people, and their families. I specialise in anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is inclusive, collaborative and tailored to your specific needs. I draw on evidence base approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Systemic therapy to support your goals.

Low Intensity Therapy — £65 per session
In this 60 minute 1-1 individual therapy we work on your personal goals and overall wellbeing. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, and could address things such as anxiety, stress, low mood, burnout and so much more!
